Do not heatAdd cinnamon and stirDrop yoghurt mix into liquid nitrogen using a pipette.Remove drops from the nitrogen and freeze dry for 24 hrs.Vacuum pack the freeze dried droplets to avoid rehydration

Add cinnamon and stir
